  1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the general legal framework under which 7 Labs LLC (“the Company”) provides its services to clients (“the Client”). By requesting or accepting any services from Storylab, the Client agrees that these Terms apply, except where both parties have signed a separate written agreement that expressly overrides them.
  2. Scope of Services
The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a written proposal, scope of work, quotation, or service agreement. All services will be carried out professionally and in accordance with applicable industry standards, with timelines and deliverables agreed upon in advance.
  3. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the performance of the services, and shall respond promptly to any reasonable requests from the Company to enable timely delivery.
  4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information received from the other party confidential and to use such information only for the purpose of performing the services. This obligation shall survive the termination or completion of the services.
  5. Intellectual Property
  • Client Materials: The Client retains all rights to materials they supply (such as text, logos, and images) and grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use them solely for providing the services.
  • Deliverables: Subject to full payment of all fees, ownership of the final agreed deliverables will transfer to the Client. The Company retains the right to showcase the work as part of its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.
  1. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the services. In all cases, the Company’s total liability to the Client shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
  2. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by giving written notice in line with the applicable service agreement or proposal. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and payment obligations shall survive termination.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
